Bomb Rain is a free, browser-based multiplayer flight and firefighting game. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time.
No account or registration is required to play; you simply choose a nickname. Using nicknames for insults, harassment, or impersonation is prohibited.

Accounts (nickname/IP) that engage in such behavior may be blocked without prior notice.
The source code, graphics, audio, and brand name of Bomb Rain are owned by its operators. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission. Third-party advertising content shown in the game belongs to the respective advertisers.
The service may display ads via Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by advertisers; Bomb Rain is not responsible for ad content or for sites the advertiser links to.
Bomb Rain is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (loss of data, lost profits, etc.) arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms.
We may terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these terms. Sections §3 (prohibited conduct), §4 (intellectual property), §6 (disclaimer), §7 (indemnification), and §9 (governing law) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
